No. You receive a complete, contractor-ready design package that any qualified fit-out company can execute. That said, many clients choose to continue with BRS for fit-out because it eliminates the risk of something getting lost in translation between design intent and the finished result. We are happy to discuss both paths with you.
In most cases, yes — particularly for any structural changes, MEP modifications, or work in a managed community or building. The requirements vary depending on your property type and location (RERA-registered buildings, free zones, and villas each follow different rules). We will advise you on what approvals are needed for your specific project and can manage the permit process on your behalf as part of our fit-out service.
For a typical residential apartment, the design phase takes 2 to 4 weeks from kick-off to final package. Larger villas or projects with more complex briefs can take 2 to 6 weeks.
